We deliver Pharmacian orders from our team in Kuala Lumpur. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
Where we deliver
We deliver to [delivery coverage, e.g. all states in Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan]. We do not ship outside Malaysia at the moment.
Delivery partner

Processing time
We pack orders and hand them to the courier within [number] working days of payment. Orders placed after [cut-off time] or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

These are estimates from our courier. They are not guaranteed, especially during sales and festive seasons.

If something goes wrong
- Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, WhatsApp us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch. [Rule for re-delivery fees if a parcel is returned to us.]
